By accessing or using GetStayAid ("Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the service. These terms apply to all users, including those on a free trial. If you are acting on behalf of a business, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization. GetStayAid is currently operated by its founder in British Columbia, Canada. A formal legal entity is in the process of being incorporated. Contact: support@getstayaid.com.
GetStayAid is a hotel operations and revenue management platform. The service includes, and may be expanded to include: OTA commission discrepancy detection and reconciliation; dispute workflow management and tracking; reservation processing automation (ResPilot); PMS data entry support and cancellation handling; reporting and export features; financial workflow support; and related hotel operations and automation features.
You must provide a valid email address and verify it to use the service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized use. You must be at least 18 years old and authorized to enter into binding agreements.
You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to upload and process any files or data you submit, including OTA statements and PMS exports, and that submitted data does not violate applicable law or third-party rights. You are responsible for reviewing all outputs, reports, and recommendations before acting on them. All final decisions regarding reservations, disputes, financial actions, and operations remain your responsibility. GetStayAid provides tools to assist your workflows — we do not make operational, financial, or legal decisions on your behalf.
You agree not to: upload malicious files or content intended to harm the platform or other users; attempt to reverse engineer or extract source code from the platform; abuse, share, or misuse account credentials; create multiple accounts to circumvent free trial limits or billing; attempt unauthorized access to systems or data you are not permitted to access; use third-party data in ways that violate applicable law or the terms of the source platform; use automation features in a manner that violates applicable law or any third-party platform's terms of service; or use the service for any unlawful purpose.
You retain ownership of all files and data you submit. By using the service, you grant GetStayAid a limited right to process that data solely to operate the service and support your workflows. GetStayAid retains all rights in the platform, software, source code, algorithms, matching logic, report formats, design, branding, and trademarks. Nothing in these Terms transfers any platform intellectual property to you.
The service is designed to assist hotel operators in identifying potential commission discrepancies and managing related workflows. Results, reports, and audit outputs are informational and assistive in nature — not every flagged discrepancy will result in a recovery, and automated outputs may require your review before action. You remain solely responsible for reviewing outputs and for any final submissions or decisions made based on them. GetStayAid makes no guarantee of any specific outcome or recovery amount.
We may add, modify, limit, or discontinue features at any time. We will make reasonable efforts to communicate material changes in advance where practical. We do not guarantee that any specific feature will remain available indefinitely or that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free.
Paid plans are billed monthly at the start of each billing period. A free trial may be offered; a paid subscription is required to continue after the trial ends. One trial per hotel or organization — abuse may result in suspension. You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not issue refunds for partial periods unless required by applicable law. Prices do not include applicable taxes (GST/HST, VAT, sales tax, or similar), which may be added based on your billing location. We reserve the right to adjust pricing with reasonable advance notice. In the event of a billing error, contact us at support@getstayaid.com within 30 days.
We may suspend or terminate access to the service for non-payment, breach of these Terms, platform abuse, security risks, or legal compliance requirements. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Upon termination, your access ends and data will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
The service is provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, GetStayAid disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and accuracy of results. We do not warrant that the service will be error-free or uninterrupted.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, GetStayAid will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, revenue, or data. Our total liability for any claim arising from use of the service will not exceed the amounts you have paid to GetStayAid in the three months preceding the claim. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain liability limitations; where such laws apply, these limits may not apply to you in full.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of British Columbia, Canada, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of British Columbia.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be noted by updating the date above and communicated where appropriate. Continued use after changes are posted constitutes acceptance.
